Overview
Preparation for Erin Feis in Peoria requires talent, effort, and hard work. A first class festival requires entertainers, vendors, exhibitors, people with marketing skills, and volunteers with big hearts. The Erin Feis Committee coordinates production by organizing development into 6 groups listed below. Entertainment

John is responsible for booking North Stage, O'Neill's Pub, The Snug, Performing Arts Stage, Cultural Village, Field Events, Wee Ones Area, and Dance Stage.
Income

Bill solicits sponsors at all levels including sponsors for the event, tents, Doors of Dublin, and T-Shirts. Bill coordinates all ticket sales, credit card sales, ticket promotions, T-Shirt sales, and other merchandise sales.
Logistics

James is responsible for general setup and tear down of tents / chairs / tables, decorations, sound and lighting, and contracted services.
Marketing

John and Bill are responsible for all newsprint, radio, TV, flyers, posters, promotional material, website, program booklet, and promotional events.
Vendors / Exhibitors

David is responsible for securing vendor agreements for Irish themed merchandise at the Grafton Street Tent and Cultural Village, for food, for exhibitors in the Cultural Area, and for any other organizations desiring to rent booth space.
Volunteers

Cheri is responsible for securing necessary paper work and for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers.
