Regarding Sponsorship
Sponsors make Erin Feis possible as their contributions comprise about one third of our budget. While Erin Feis benefits from sponsors, it is also true that our sponsors benefit from Erin Feis. Our sponsors promote their businesses and services through advertising at our event, which is one of the largest and highly attended festivals in the Central Illinois and greater Peoria area.
If you are interested in being a sponsor at some level please contact us immediately. Because of time limitations on advertising copy, contracts must be secured by July 3. For more information about being a Sponsor contact John Martin or Bill Roeder.
Levels of Sponsorship - Package 1
Erin Feis offers 7 levels of sponsorship, based on the amount of exposure that a sponsor desires. At the top level, sponsors get the following:
- A tent labeled in their name
- Their logo in our TV ads
- Mentioned in our radio commercials
- Placed in our 4 ads with the Peoria Journal Star
- Exposure through this website
- Listed in all of our flyers and program booklets (over 12,000 pieces printed)
- Free daily passes to Erin Feis
Levels of Sponsorship - Package 2
In the middle range, sponsors get the following:
- Share a tent name
- Placed in our 4 ads with the Peoria Journal Star
- Exposure through this website
- Listed in all of our flyers and program booklets (over 12,000 pieces printed)
- Free daily passes to Erin Feis
Levels of Sponsorship - Package 3 (Doors of Dublin Sponsorship)
At this level, sponsors get the following:
- Company logo on one of the 16 doors (main entrance)
- Exposure through this website
- Listed in all of our flyers and program booklets (over 12,000 pieces printed)
- Free daily passes to Erin Feis
Levels of Sponsorship - Package 4 (T-Shirt Sponsorship)
At this level, sponsors get the following:
- Limited to 14 sponsors
- Their logo on the official Erin Feis shirt - recieve 1 shirt
- Exposure through this website
- Free daily passes to Erin Feis
